Teri Nolan is a seasoned researcher and insights professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in customer insights and research. With a dualist mindset and proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, Teri is capable of developing insights by analyzing data from various sources such as customer analytics, Google Analytics or business performance data.
Teri has extensive experience in managing research from start to finish and leading research capabilities in client-side organizations. Apart from her specialism, Teri has also donned other hats in her career such as website design and launch, diversity, and inclusion leadership, and testing good practices for running online communities.
