Sebastian Maidana is an experienced professional who specializes in mapping business requirements with IT solutions and managing digital transformation processes. With an extensive background in implementing international and national systems like ERP, CRM, LMS, SIS, BPM, BI, and leading technical teams towards quality results. Maidana's skillset includes process redesign, planning and control, change management, project management of new systems and architectures, and training and teaching in online and in-person settings.

Maidana has both an Especialización en Digital Business from Aden Business School and an Ingeniero en Sistemas de Información degree from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. They currently serve as the Director of Tecnología at ADEN Business School and have been a former PM & Analista funcional SAP FI/CO at IMPSA, and a former Consultor funcional Bejerman Senior at Sistemas Bejerman S.A.
