Sadia Saifuddin
Sadia Saifuddin is an accomplished product manager, entrepreneur, and thought leader in the education industry. She has worked with Salesforce.org, a leading provider of customer relationship management software, and led the end-to-end process of launching and delivering relevant products to nonprofit and education customers. Saifuddin has also founded her own company, The Success Company, to offer products and services that help students, families, and educational institutions navigate the college admissions process.
Saifuddin's passion for education and public service extends beyond her professional experiences. During her studies at UC Berkeley, she founded the UC Berkeley Food Pantry and served as the UC Regent. She also co-chaired the UC Basic Needs Committee at the University of California Global Food Initiative, which aims to address issues of food and housing insecurity among students. Saifuddin was a Fellow at Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) and worked as an Instructional Services Assistant at Haas School of Business.
Saifuddin's mission is to demystify the job recruiting process for young professionals. She has developed a free guide to help them negotiate a job offer. Saifuddin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley.
