His expertise lies in helping premium lifestyle brands achieve significant eCommerce success by leveraging his extensive experience with Khara Kapas, a sustainable fashion brand he co-owned.

Madhur's journey in the business world began after completing his education at the Army Public School and earning a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. He then joined Nokia Siemens Networks as a Senior Executive, specializing in IP & Transport. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in technology and telecommunications.

Continuing his career in the technology sector, Madhur served as a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant at Tejas Networks, where he honed his skills in driving sales and providing technical solutions to clients. Later, he became the Managing Partner at Stratum Consulting, further expanding his expertise in business strategy and management.

Keen on exploring new avenues, Madhur entered the fashion industry as the co-owner of Khara Kapas, a pioneer of sustainable, artisanal, direct-to-consumer fashion in India. Under his leadership, Khara Kapas gained recognition from global sustainable fashion collectives, amassed a six-figure Instagram following, and expanded its customer base to over 40 countries.

In 2021, Madhur decided to focus his entrepreneurial spirit on PeakScale, bringing cutting-edge digital solutions to brands across various sectors.
