Nandhini started her career at Ingrid Consulting Services as a Business Development Manager & Delivery before moving on to become an Associate Delivery Lead at Randstad. She later worked as a Dy. Manager - Human Resource at Rane Group, then as a Consulting Manager at RGF SELECT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. She was also a Business Head at Lafors Talent Solutions India Private Ltd before joining KBR, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Currently, she is employed as Deputy Manager Human Resources at KBR, Inc.

Nandhini is a graduate of Anna University with an MBA in Marketing & Finance. She has a wealth of experience in talent management, succession planning, culture reading, and HR policies. Her professional goal is to continue scaling up gradually by obtaining experience in various HR-related domains, especially in Organizational Development (OD).
