Brady Paron is a highly accomplished and knowledgeable professional who has made significant contributions in the fields of sustainability, social impact, community relations, and recruitment. With a Masters degree in Environment and Business from the prestigious University of Waterloo, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Drama Studies from the University of Toronto, his diverse educational background has equipped him with a unique skill set and perspective.

With a wealth of experience at Shopify, Brady has served as the Senior Sustainability Program Lead and Head of Social Impact, where he has played a pivotal role in driving positive change within the organization and beyond. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Community Relations, building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community among stakeholders. Additionally, Brady has also showcased his expertise in recruitment as a Senior Recruiter at Shopify, identifying and attracting top talent for the Research and Development department.

Before joining Shopify, Brady was the Marketing Coordinator of Branded Programs at the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Organizing Committee, where he played an integral role in promoting and enhancing the brand image of one of the largest multi-sport events in Canada. Prior to this, he held the role of Assistant Manager/Community Manager at lululemon athletica, where he honed his leadership and communication skills. Brady also worked as an Educator/Key Leader at lululemon athletica, sharing his expertise in fitness and wellness with the community.
