Xavier Chapa is an accomplished professional with years of experience in the information technology field. Xavier received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and an Associate of Science in Computer Networking and Troubleshooting Technology from Lamar University and Lamar Institute of Technology, respectively. Xavier's expertise lies in Cyber Resiliency, Digital Strategy, Managed Services, Resiliency, Cloud Services, and Hybrid IT.

Xavier has held multiple positions throughout his career. Currently, he is serving as the Associate Partner - Resiliency Consulting, Advisory & Implementation Services at Kyndryl. Before joining Kyndryl, Xavier worked as an Associate Partner - Resiliency Consulting, Technology Consulting & Implementation Services and Solution Sales Specialist - Resiliency Services at IBM. Prior to IBM, Xavier was the Account Executive for New Business and Senior Solution Engineer at Sungard Availability Services. Xavier also held multiple IT positions at Texas A&M University, FIBERTOWN Data Centers and Disaster Recovery Offices, and Brazos County, where he worked as Lead Systems Administrator and Assistant Network Administrator.
