Gary Renville, a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience, has dedicated his career to breaking the cycle of family poverty. He is best known for his expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, nonprofit management, board development, cause-related marketing, membership growth, program development, event planning, and corporate employee volunteer engagement.

Renville's passion for education and desire to be the first in his family to graduate high school led him to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Oregon State University (1988) and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration at Columbia University Teachers College (1997).

Before joining Project Access Northwest (PANW) as the Executive Director, Renville served as the Regional Vice President and Interim Vice President, Field Services of the National Kidney Foundation. He has also held leadership positions at Metro Volunteers and PeaceJam Foundation and served as the Division President and Vice President of HandsOn Network at Points of Light Institute & HandsOn Network.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Renville volunteers his time and expertise with the United States Tennis Association, the Seattle Tennis Alliance, the Communities Joined in Action (CJA) Board of Directors, and the Community Board for Pacific Medical Center.

Renville's leadership skills and innovative problem-solving approach make him a valuable asset in building strategic partnership opportunities and engaging individuals and corporate partners in meaningful volunteer experiences.
