Joshua McGough, MD MS is a forward-thinking medical student with passions in high-value care, emergency medicine, and medical economics. Holding a Doctor of Medicine degree from Stony Brook University and a Master of Science in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Icahn School of Medicine, Mr. McGough is widely knowledgeable in medical research and healthcare theory. Additionally, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and minored in Music and Social Psychology at the University of Rochester.

During his years at Icahn School of Medicine, he served as a flex staff and business coordinator in health policy, but also as a research assistant in orthopedics. He gained experience as a medical scribe from ScribeAmerica, and as an undergraduate student researcher in chemical biology from the University of Rochester. He is additionally a Blueprint Test Prep medical school admissions consultant.
