Don Eldert, a seasoned C-level executive and board member, has a track record of creating significant enterprise value in private equity from deal inception through platform exit. He has excelled in managing complex global multi-facility carve-outs, business unit separations, and post-deal integrations. Eldert has achieved success across multiple global industry verticals, including Packaging, Industrial Equipment, Commercial Printing & Direct Marketing Services, Precision Tooling, Test & Measurement Equipment, Medical Devices, SaaS, Technology, and Energy Services. His core strengths include establishing clear organizational vision and strategy, driving superb operational execution with measurable results, and building/leading high-performing teams while managing through change. Eldert holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Agribusiness from Illinois State University and a Master's in Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. He has held executive positions in NOVIPAX, ASG Worldwide, Hostway Corporation, Bayer, NiSource, and FMC Corporation. He is currently the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of SG360°, which is a Segerdahl company. In his previous roles, he has led both organic and acquisitive growth with more than twenty-two (22) M&A related transactions ranging in size from $4 million to over $7 billion completed, including successful integration. He has completed over $500M of financings, including complex financings, debt restructurings, and private placements to support growth & provide liquidity. Eldert has extensive IT infrastructure, ERP, and CRM system implementation/upgrade experience across multiple platforms.
