Desirae Mahs is a talented organizational development practitioner with a passion for improving organizational effectiveness. With years of expertise and application in creativity, innovation, culture transformation, strategic communication, learning architecture and design, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, customer experience, and change management. Desirae graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from Temple University, followed by a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. She also studied an Executive Program in Business Management and Leadership at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Desirae has worked in various leadership roles including as Director, Solutions Strategy at Mind Gym, Head of Sales & Operations at NeuroLeadership Institute, Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer at Imagining Human, and Regional Vice President at RiseSmart and NeuroLeadership Institute. She has also served as a Member of Curriculum Advisory Board at Kauffman Fellows and The Board of Advisors at U.S. National Archives and Records Administration.

As a practitioner, Desirae specializes in operationalizing the latest behavioral science research to improve organizational effectiveness. Her areas of expertise cut across People, Strategy, and Science.
