Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of positions, from investment specialist at JSC Grodno Investment Agency to business development manager at Exposit. Aliaksei's professional experience includes working as a procurement manager, foreign trade manager, logistics coordinator, and sales manager in different companies.

Prior to joining Exposit, where he currently works, Aliaksei served as an English language instructor and translator for the company. In his current role, he is responsible for the development of the business, driving sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
