Amy Zimmerman is an experienced strategic partner for founders and investors, with a focus on driving growth for companies. Over a decade at Kabbage, Inc, a global fintech leader, she scaled the company from under 20 employees in one city to over 600 across the US and India, building an award-winning culture and driving engagement through her guidance of all people strategy initiatives. Her specialties include defining core values and communication practices, developing performance development and engagement initiatives, and ensuring that a company's culture is intentional and aligned with its financial goals and retention objectives.

Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology & Criminology from the University of South Florida, and has a diverse background that includes roles as a drug counselor, court arbitrator, and social worker. She is currently the Chief People Officer at Relay Payments, and has served as an advisor to numerous tech companies including Incode Technologies, CyCognito and Roadie. Amy is a co-founder of PeopleCo., and has also served as an HR director and technical recruiter.
