Clara Bidorini is an experienced strategist, designer, and educator with a strong focus on human-centered approaches, design thinking, and creative problem-solving. With a post-graduate degree in strategic project management and a master's in architecture from top-rated universities like Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and Politecnico di Milano, Clara has worked with various startups and organizations to deliver effective solutions that meet the specific demands of her clients.

Clara has served as the Startups Business Development Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Founder at Change as a Mindset, Guest Professor at Echos - Innovation Lab, Co-Founder at Programa Namoa, and Innovation consultant and design researcher at Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo, among other roles.
