Director, Enterprise Globalization, Programs and Operations	

Led team that launched first-ever Indeed enterprise lifecycle program. Team defined and executed on strategy to send personalized, multi-touch, triggered communications to onboard, engage and drive reactivation of our products and programs. Open and unsubscribe rates greatly outperformed Indeed average. 

Led team to design and run an account-based marketing focused design sprint that resulted in four enterprise marketing ABM campaigns, greenlit by senior executive team and launched within three months post-sprint.

Led the work to define the Enterprise story and narrative for all global enterprise prospects and customers. 

Team built the Enterprise story with multiple assets to bust six common misperceptions about Indeed, including 30+ data-backed claims to prove the story. 

Team socialized and integrated the enterprise story throughout the broader organization including with Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Brand and Country Marketing. 

The story is now being used in: Brand-level enterprise positioning, global solution sales decks, global acquisition campaigns and Indeed Interactive, the premier enterprise-grade conference.

Director, Global Enterprise Marketing (including Lifecycle Marketing)	

Responsible for global product positioning for all mature, monetized solution categories, messaging frameworks, overall launch plans and research to drive product recommendations back to product leadership. 

Grew team from three to 20 product marketers, in 18 months, across four US locations, Dublin and Tokyo. Team managed the growth of the portfolio from two products to over 10. Mentored and managed team to: 
  Use data and insights to drive powerful messaging, sales enablement assets and marketing campaigns.
  Out-market competition with research and better arm client-facing teams with insights and analysis.
  Work with product and engineering teams to proactively and consistently collect NPS and customer feedback to help the business best solve customer problems. 
  Partner with global sales enablement teams to ensure sales is trained on how to best present solutions to clients and differentiate from competitors. 

Launch SEM and product-specific campaigns to drive revenue. 

Support demand generation programs and growth marketing programs with content including: ebooks, competitive selling tools, articles, landing pages, case studies and videos.

Launched the first e-learning program at Indeed for employer prospects and clients in 12 months. 

Hired a team of three to launch Indeed Academy: Indeed’s on-demand, e-learning program for hiring professionals in the US, Netherlands and Germany.

Program delivered five hours of content, 1000+ graduates, supported 19K users and garnered NPS of 65.

Developed the business case and strategy to rebrand Indeed’s reviews and awards program.

Invited to present product concepts to top tier enterprise clients in over 100+ executive briefings at: US world headquarters (Austin); EMEA headquarters (Dublin); Australia, Singapore and India. Consistently rated “excellent” in briefing feedback by clients.
