Rachel Chin is a Sacramento native with an impressive background in communications, public relations, and marketing. She earned her BA in Communications Studies from the University of San Francisco, where she also served as an executive intern at the Delta Stewardship Council, a California State agency. Rachel has held several roles in the fitness industry, including keyholder and front desk staff at SoulCycle Inc. Additionally, she served as a public relations officer for the National Panhellenic Conference Inc. and as an athletic marketing intern at the University of San Francisco.

Currently, Rachel is a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Lyft, where she has demonstrated her expertise in recruiting and talent acquisition. She also holds the title of former Recruiting Coordinator at Lyft. Previously, Rachel worked as a USF 101 Peer Mentor and McCarthy Fellow at the University of San Francisco and as an Orientation Leader at the same institution.

Outside of work, Rachel is an environmentalist and a Golden Retriever enthusiast. She is passionate about protecting the planet and promoting sustainability initiatives.
