Zachary Kline is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a focus on technology transactions, startup corporate transactions, securities, fundraising, technology and patent licensing, information technology and IT and business process outsourcing. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and another in Economics from Cornell University, Kline went on to earn a Doctor of Law (JD) in Intellectual Property Law, Cum Laude at American University, Washington College of Law. He has worked as an assistant general counsel for contracts and intellectual property, a corporate lawyer, a professional sales representative, and a law clerk, among other roles.
