Carl graduated from LeTourneau University with a degree in Business Administration and later completed his MA in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University. He is married to Kari, a skilled artist and school teacher, and they are proud parents of two sons and one daughter. They reside in North Minneapolis and are active members of the ministry community at both Elim Baptist Church and Living Word Christian Center - Maranatha Christian Academy.
Carl has held multiple leadership positions with various organizations over the years. Currently, he is serving as the President of Transform Minnesota, an evangelical organization that aims to connect, equip and represent Christ-centered churches and ministries in the state. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director of World Relief Minnesota and worked as an English Teacher at Educational Services International.
