Luciana Davidzon is a successful entrepreneur and food writer with a rich and diverse background. Originally from Buenos Aires, she studied business administration at the University of Buenos Aires and worked for major companies such as HSBC, KPMG, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Dannon. However, after moving to New York City, Luciana decided to pursue her passion for food and founded Lola Mora, a boutique catering company. She also enrolled in the International Culinary Center NYC, where she was awarded the prestigious Les Dame D’Escoffier NYC 2010.

Luciana is a bilingual writer and recipe developer for many publications and sites in NYC, including The Huffington Post, About.com, The Latin Kitchen, Mamiverse, VOXXI, and Mom.me. She has been featured on various TV shows, including “Al Despertar” (Univisión 41) and “Vive la Mañana” (Univisión 49). Her expertise in food has also been recognized on Telemundo's website.

Luciana is highly accomplished and was invited to the White House in 2012, the United Nations in 2013, and the Capitol in 2015. She recently founded Umikah, her own line of spreads and curds, which can be found on Umikah, Etsy, Faire, Podfoods, Farm2table, and in several shops in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Luciana's rich background and diverse experience make her a highly respected and successful entrepreneur in the food industry.
