Joel Fernando is a versatile personality with a diverse range of skills and interests. He has a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from SIES College of Management Studies, a Master’s Degree in Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Law from Kishinchand Chellaram Law College, and Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Jai Hind College.

Joel has worked with various organizations such as Deloitte India, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Endurance Technologies Ltd., and Ugam. He has expertise in Human Capital Consulting, Learning & Development, Human Resource Management, Corporate Law, and Workplace Training. Joel is also passionate about Music and has won recognition for his accomplishments in the field.

Joel has won numerous awards during his career, including being nominated for the Indian Recording Arts Academy Awards. He has also won national-level competitions for summer and winter internship projects with Tata AIG and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals.
