Max Crane is an accomplished strategist with vast experience developing and implementing successful business strategies across various sectors such as broadcasting, aviation, healthcare, education, contract services, and fast-moving consumer goods. He is knowledgeable in designing and implementing enterprise and business architecture for large transformation programs. He is an excellent communicator with effective presentation skills, having interacted with senior executives and members of the board.

Prior to his current role as a Strategy Principal at icare NSW, Max has worked as a Strategy Manager, Senior Associate, Associate, and Consultant at strategy firms, such as Strategy&, part of the PwC network, and PA Consulting Group. He also worked as a Freelance Web Developer and Designer, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability in different fields.

Max holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Engineering with Business Management from The University of Birmingham, and he studied at King Edward VI Grammar School, Stratford-upon-Avon.
