Maya Nair is a talent scout at Adobe, whose expertise is bridging the gap between creative talent and creative teams within the company. She has a proven track record of finding real gems for Adobe's product teams such as Adobe Stock, XD, Photoshop, Lightroom, Fresco, Behance, and 3D&I, as well as supporting services teams like CCPS (Creative Cloud Product & Services) and Cloud Technology teams. She is deeply passionate about connecting with talent and has garnered incredible knowledge about over 50 Adobe products, which she can describe in a nutshell thanks to her role at the company.

Maya has a Master of Technology in Communication Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering. She also studied Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology during her 12th grade at Ideal Educational Society, and completed her Matriculation with flying colors at The Indian High School in Dubai. Before joining Adobe, Maya worked as an Associate Technical Recruiter at LinkedIn, a Searchologist at Roland & Associates, and as an Intern at Tata Consultancy Services.
