Meet An Dours, an HR consultant with a passion for investing in people. With a Master's degree in Drama and Theater from Erasmushogeschool Brussel, An brings a unique perspective to her work. She specializes in on-site consulting on soft skills, 21st-century skills, and group dynamics, with a focus on preventing structural burnout. An is also skilled in mediation, particularly in relation to the war on talent. Her experience includes work as a Personal Coach for Start-ups with The Birdhouse (now Aerey), as well as multiple roles in sales and project management. An is currently a member of the Dagelijks Bestuurster at BlinkOut vzw, an organization dedicated to helping those experiencing burnout.
