Becca McKay is a successful businesswoman with a diverse professional background in technology, consulting, and management. She attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where she earned a BBA in Marketing. Later, she attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business for her MIM in International Management. Becca has worked at multiple organizations, starting as a Consultant at Accenture and moving up to being a Practice Area Director at Slalom, where she is responsible for guiding consultants' careers, strategy, and growth in delivery leadership. Formerly serving as the VP at The TriZetto Group and Managing Partner at Houhia Consulting, she brings deep expertise in leadership, operational strategy, and go-to-market strategy. Other roles she has played include Director Business Development at FourThought Group, Inc., where she was responsible for managing sales plans and driving revenue growth strategies. Becca was also a co-founder and SVP Marketing of CheckRx, a startup aimed at helping people reduce medical errors in their prescription drugs.
