Prior to his current role as CEO of P-MAX, Long served as the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Operations Planning and Performance Management, and that of the Deputy Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Vendor Performance Management for Lazada Group, one of Southeast Asia's largest e-commerce businesses. Long began his professional journey as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, and he subsequently worked as an Auditor at EY.
