Pierre Lindmark is an agile learning specialist and serial entrepreneur with a passion for HR technology. He currently works as the CEO of Winningtemp, a platform using AI to help managers reduce employee turnover and sick leave. Lindmark's expertise lies in learning management, business management, system development, usability, UX, product design, and technical sales.

Lindmark began his journey by programming and selling software on the internet while studying Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Högskolan i Trollhättan and Chalmers University of Technology, respectively. He majored in Artificial Intelligence and completed two theses, one on video compression and the other creating his optimizing software. Pierre's major focus is on creating complex IT-solutions.

He co-founded Foxshare, which was one of the highly profitable companies for corporate Learning Management System in Sweden and was later acquired by the NE Nationalencyklopedin. Pierre has worked in varying roles such as Co-Founder, Business developer at Emitaz, Product Manager at NE Nationalencyklopedin, Owner at Pjarkan, Founder, Owner, CTO at Foxshare, and System Design/PM and CTO at Amfora.

Lindmark believes in taking risks to achieve goals and always has big, innovative ideas to execute. He is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and never gives up. His experience has taught him the value of being flexible and understanding the business and its profitability.
