Jorge Ramos is a seasoned CEO and marketing executive with extensive experience across a variety of industries and regions. As the current CEO of Lala U.S., Inc., he has led the transformation of the company's P&L to a profitable business. Jorge previously worked at Unilever, where he led global, regional, and local teams in marketing for brands like Dove, Hellmann's, and Rexona. He also held senior marketing positions at Mattel and Universal Pictures, where he built a licensing group as country director in Mexico. Jorge is a graduate of UAEM in Morelos, Mexico, where he studied Business Management, and he started his MBA at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Beyond his professional work, Jorge serves as a member of the board for Yogurts and Cultured Products at IDFA (International Dairy and Foods Association).
