Sarah Mason is a Chartered FCIPD with an extensive background in designing and implementing HR and talent strategies that help companies achieve their organizational goals. With experience as Chief People Officer, HR Director, Executive Board Member, and Head of Talent in global organizations including SThree plc, Hydrogen Group plc, and Phaidon International, Sarah specializes in recruitment, learning and development, organizational development, and change management. She has managed significant projects such as growing and scaling businesses profitably, implementing direct-sourced hiring models to reduce cost per hire while improving quality of hire, and rolling out training programs at all levels to improve performance and organizational design. Sarah holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Consultancy & Organizational Change from Birkbeck, University of London, a Diploma in Employment Law from Cardiff University, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bristol.
