Victor Verma is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in general management, real estate development, and promotion of innovative technologies such as energy efficiency, sustainability, and renewable energy. As a team leader, he has the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects. Victor has a multi-national background and an extensive business network in BRICS, CEE, and CIS countries. Moreover, he is fluent in several languages such as English, Russian, Hindi, Punjabi, and basic French and Italian.

Victor is a certified DGNB International Consultant and is an active promoter of green building standards and life cycle solutions for sustainability in real estate. He is passionate about introducing innovative technologies for waste handling, waste recycling, air distribution systems, and cleanroom systems.

Victor has worked for key market players in Russia and India, including YIT Elmek, Caverion Elmek, MODUL group, and Senab Project, to name a few. He has held various roles such as general manager, service director, managing director, and project manager. Victor has experience in resourcing, start-ups, JV’s, expansion to new markets, structuring of deals, attracting of investment/finance, change & risk management, restructuring of real estate portfolios, development of mix-use schemes & land development.

In addition, Victor has played an active role as the Chairman of the Real Estate Committee in the Association of European Business (AEB) in promoting European business interests in Russia. Victor's interests are in social, volunteer work and charity, as well as the promotion of art and culture.
