S. Marshall is an accomplished attorney based in the United States, with experience in criminal and civil litigation in both state and federal courts. She is the owner and operator of MAC Law - S. Amanda Marshall, LLC, which provides legal representation and consultation services to clients. Marshall holds a J.D. and Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Willamette University College of Law and a Certificate in Chinese Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Oregon.

Marshall has extensive experience in the legal field, having previously worked as U.S. Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office and Assistant Attorney General and Attorney in Charge at the Oregon Department of Justice. She has also served as Local Counsel at the Oberheiden Law Group, PLLC and Deputy District Attorney at Coos County District Attorney.
