Jim Riviello

Jim Riviello is a leadership development expert, author, and the founder of Leadership X University (LXU). With a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Personal Management, Jim has worked with countless business owners and senior executives to develop transformative leaders who can effectively lead their teams to embrace change, focus on growth, and accelerate progress.

As the Chief Energy Officer at LXU, Jim believes that every leader is a teacher, and to be a great teacher, one must first become a great student. His belief is that leadership is all about serving, coaching, and empowering others, and he has made it his personal mission to positively impact over a million people during his lifetime.

Before becoming an expert in leadership development, Jim gained extensive experience in channel development, digital marketing, operational excellence, and transformational change. He worked as a Senior Software Engineer at General Electric and Regional Sales Manager at Sun Microsystems before co-founding and managing Channeltivity and SWOT Management Group. Jim's most recent role before founding LXU was the Chief Operating Officer at Turnberry Labs.
