Maya Johansson is a seasoned psychotherapist, leader, and activist with over 17 years of experience in the field of Mental Health.

Maya specializes in working with leaders, underrepresented groups, queer/nontraditional couples, and parents with gender non-conforming children.

With a passion for creating mission-driven work environments, Maya has a strong focus on hiring and training the next generation of psychotherapists.

Maya holds a MA in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a BA in Women and Gender Studies, Spanish from Smith College.
