Joe Liu is a highly successful entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist who is committed to using his knowledge and resources to benefit global well-being. He co-founded the Joe & Emmy Liu Foundation, which aims to improve health and wellness through technology, and also founded the charitable behavior conditioning app LiuLife, which encourages self-directed health checkups and provides behavior conditioning for wellness and Longevity. Joe has also established himself as an expert in the world of tech ventures, with extensive experience in industries such as semiconductors and medical devices. As General Partner at both AMed Ventures and Techlink Ventures, he has helped to launch and grow numerous successful tech startups and has served on the board of directors for several companies.
Before his work in venture capitalism, Joe founded several successful tech companies, including Oplink Communications, Inc and BCD Semiconductor. He has also been a seed investor for a number of startups, including Vertex Networks and PMC Semiconductor, among others. Joe's academic background includes degrees in Printing Engineering from Chinese Culture University and Industrial Engineering from California State University, Chico. He brings a wealth of experience, passion, and expertise to everything he does, and remains committed to making a positive impact on the world.
