Currently, Dainira Falk serves as the VP, Lead Regional Counsel for HBO Max in Latin America at WarnerMedia, where she plays a crucial role in providing legal guidance and strategic counsel for the region. Her responsibilities in this role involve overseeing legal operations and ensuring compliance with regulations within the dynamic entertainment landscape of Latin America.

Prior to her role at WarnerMedia, Falk held key positions in other prestigious organizations.
