Alexander Uspenskiy
Alexander Uspenskiy is a highly experienced specialist in the field of technology transfer and innovation management. He has participated in implementing 30 international projects, 25 of which he managed for the Belarusian side, and the remaining 5 he worked on as an expert. With a PhD in Technical Sciences and a Master of Sciences in Engineering, Uspenskiy has a strong educational background to support his years of professional experience. He is particularly skilled in designing onboard microprocessor and mechatronic systems of mobile machines, databases, and information processing systems. He is also well-versed in supervising research and development works, having supervised over 30 completed projects during his career. With more than 150 scientific publications, inventions, computer programs, and 10 books in the field of technology transfer and innovation management, he is an accomplished author and co-author.
Uspenskiy currently serves as the Director at the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer in Belarus. Prior to that, he worked as a Project Manager at the UNDP in Belarus, an Assoc. Prof. of Tractors Department at Belarusian National Technical University, and as the Deputy Director and Chief Microprocessing Division of the Special Design-Technological Bureau at the Belarusian National Technical University.
