Craig Pointon is a seasoned executive in the field of global executive search. As the EVP and Global Head of Executive Search at Cielo Talent, he is responsible for the company's worldwide recruitment strategies. Craig has spent the better part of two decades honing his recruitment skills, starting with his work as a Manager at Michael Page International before moving onto a position as Principal at an International Boutique Search Firm. Craig later became the Managing Partner at Moorland Gray Executive Search before joining Cielo Talent as EVP, Managing Director MEA. During his tenure, Craig played a significant role in leading the company's Middle East and Africa operations through three successful private equity-led acquisitions. Most recently, his efforts attracted investment from Permira, one of the world's largest private equity firms. Craig is an alumnus of Aston University and Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School.
