Alison Hight is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in strategy and competitive intelligence. With a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's in Design and Visual Communications from the University at Buffalo, she has built a career working with mission-driven organizations to help advance equity.

She has earned a reputation as a motivated and organized individual who excels in supporting organizations to achieve their goals. Her ability to understand and apply story within different mediums has proven to be a valuable asset in her work, particularly for fundraising campaigns.

Alison currently serves as the Associate Director for Development at Elevate – the organization behind Smart Grants for Powerful Social Change. Prior to this, she held roles as Business Development at ISN Corporation, a Junior Analyst at Intercontinental Development Corporation, a Production Designer at Independent Film, and an Office Coordinator at Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled.

In addition to her bachelor's degrees, Alison also holds a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential.
