The Kress Program provides no charge health screening, follow-up care, and educational services to 8,000 multi-cultural and multiple-needs affected, underprivileged persons in 150 locations annually

Recruited, trained, and led teams of direct services staff and volunteers
Managed budget of $8 Million restricted fund earnings

Outreached and collaborated with over 150 community organizations and sites for broad and effective service delivery to diverse populations and settings
Developed and established parallel program providing services exclusively to City schools effectively gaining trust and cooperation of Dept. of Ed., as well as local districts and schools, and improving outcomes
Identified and implemented innovations and multi-disciplinary approaches increasing service volume and breadth, and improving outcomes from 65 to 90%
