Chi Nguyen is a digital transformation enthusiast, bringing her over seven years of experience in digital product/solution companies. Nguyen has worked with organizations ranging from global enterprises to local startups and government departments, adapting their business strategies to optimize performance by leveraging the power of digitalization. Nguyen is an expert in mobile marketing, B2B SaaS/outsourcing business development cycle, internal department collaboration, and has exceptional communication and relationship skills. Nguyen studied a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management and Planning from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce, Distinction, from RMIT University.

Nguyen is currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at AppsFlyer, and her previous roles include Client Solutions Manager at vsource.io, Project Coordinator at IBM, and Business - Marketing Executive at Misfit Wearables.

Nguyen actively gives back to the community by teaching Soft Skills to students in different universities in Vietnam, sharing her values on work ethic, continuous learning, and effective communication.
