Shadi Ghani

Shadi Ghani is a seasoned marketing recruitment professional with over 10 years of global experience. She is the founder and president of The Pursuit Agency, a firm focused on recruiting marketing talent for the digital economy. Her expertise lies in various areas of marketing like strategy, digital, mobile, and eCommerce marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and email marketing among others. Working with clients across different industries like financial services, insurance, tech, retail, and travel, Shadi has become an expert in account management, client services, project management, and business intelligence and analytics. Shadi started her marketing career at Ryerson University where she studied BCom Marketing. She is a former board member and VP Sponsorship of the American Marketing Association in Toronto and one of the founding partners of Culture & Company Inc. Before founding The Pursuit Agency, Shadi also worked as the Vice-President of Client Services at IQ PARTNERS Inc. and the recruitment manager at Maritz Canada.
