Mr. Michael Conlin is an accomplished entrepreneur turned venture capitalist, professor, and civic innovator. He is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Flybridge Capital, a venture capital firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. He is also an entrepreneurship professor at Harvard Business School and the author of two books: Mastering the VC Game and Entering StartUpLand.

At Flybridge Capital, Mr. Conlin is instrumental in helping disruptive entrepreneurs build innovative companies in large markets. He has extensive experience in the field of entrepreneurship, having founded and co-founded several companies such as Upromise, Hack.Diversity, and Global EIR, among others. He has also worked in executive positions at Open Market and The Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Conlin is a prolific investor and has invested in several organizations such as Kebotix, bloXroute Labs, and Bowery Farming, to name a few. Moreover, he is a board member and investor in Analytical Space, a satellite communications startup that aims to build a network of high-throughput satellites.

As a civic innovator, Mr. Conlin has co-founded several organizations such as The Alliance for Business Leadership, a progressive business leaders organization. He is also the founder and chairman of Hack.Diversity, an organization that aims to recruit more engineers of color in the tech industry.

Mr. Conlin has studied BA in Computer Science and MBA in Business and Entrepreneurship from Harvard University and Harvard Business School, respectively. He is a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School, where he teaches courses on entrepreneurship and venture capital.
