Padma Krishnamachari is a highly experienced recruitment leader with over 20 years of experience in sourcing and talent acquisition. She currently heads the Global Talent Research and Sourcing division of Prosus, a global internet consumer group, where she is responsible for a team that focuses on research, market intelligence, talent pooling, and talent sourcing. Krishnamachari is also an executive recruiter for Prosus and helps hire senior talent for the group globally.

Krishnamachari has studied Higher Secondary with Science Group at DTEA and completed her BA (Hons) in Psychology at Delhi University's Daulat Ram College. She also holds a PGCHRM in Human Resource Management from XLRI. She began her career as a Team Leader at Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd and has since worked for many significant organizations such as Korn/Ferry International, Grassik, Amazon, and Naspers Limited in various leadership roles.
