Clay Huffman is an experienced audit professional with expertise in providing audit services to large, multinational, publicly held companies and private companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, construction, aviation, technology and software, and professional services. Clay has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations and has been involved in audits of financial statements in accordance with IFRS. He studied at the University of Georgia where he earned a BBA in Accounting and a MAcc in Accountancy from the J.M. Tull School of Accounting. Clay currently works as an Audit Partner at Frazier & Deeter, LLC, a top accounting and advisory firm. Prior to his current role, he served as Chairman at Georgia State Board of Accountancy and Chairman at Terry College of Business - Young Alumni Board.
