Ariana Friedlander, an accomplished TEDx speaker and master facilitator, has dedicated her professional career to creating environments that foster constructive, collaborative conversations. With a educational background in Organizational Leadership from the University of Delaware and a BA in Culture, Health and Science from Hampshire College, Ariana has developed an expertise in transforming organizational culture and creating valuable learning opportunities that lead to professional success.

Her professional experience includes being the former Principal and Founder of Rosabella Consulting, LLC, as well as Director of Resource and Community Development at The Atmosphere Conservancy, where she displayed her exceptional ability to foster positive change in an organization's culture. Ariana has also held positions as the Northern Colorado Area Advocate & Carbon Crusader at ReDirect Guide, Assistant Program Manager at ReDirect Guide, Family Services Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity of Collier County, Teaching Assistant at the University of Delaware and Hampshire College, and Special Projects Intern at London Grove Township.

Ariana's passion for creating a culture of learning has led her to work with socially conscious ventures, innovative organizations, and community efforts such as FortZED, Colorado State University, Trees, Water, People, and Respite Care. Her ability to model shared leadership has been recognized with the Quid Novi Innovative Thought award.
