Adel Shadrina is an experienced professional with a focus on executive and team coaching, methodologies, designing trainings, and implementing change projects. With over 14 years of trainer practice, Adel has worked on complex HR-projects and strategic sessions.

Adel is internationally certified in Co-active coaching at CTI and has provided over 1000 hours of individual & team coaching. She co-founded the Training Center at the National Research University Higher School of Economics and has conducted numerous training programs since 2004.

Education-wise, Adel has studied Certified team coach at Erickson Coaching International, Bachelor in Organisation and Business Psychology, Co-active professional certified coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF) at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and Master's degree in Applied Social Psychology at Higher School of Economics.

In terms of organizations, Adel has worked as a Business Coach, Business trainer, and facilitator for over 8 years in a self-employed capacity. She has also held positions such as Acting Head of Leadership Centre at HSE Leadership Centre, Co-founder, Leading trainer, and Methodologist at HSE Leadership Centre, and Trainer, Trainer of trainers, and Methodologist at several training and teambuilding companies.
