Ashleigh Phelps is a talented Senior Brand Manager with a strong background in creative development and analytics. A graduate of Babson College where she earned a B.S. in Business Management with a focus on Marketing and Environmental Sustainability. Phelps has worked in both the Alcohol and Skincare industries using her diverse experience to push traditional CPG brands beyond limits. She spent years honing her skills at The HEINEKEN Company as both Senior and Brand Manager of the Heineken and Dos Equis portfolios, respectively. Prior to that, Ashleigh worked as an Associate Brand Manager for NIVEA MEN at Beiersdorf, before being promoted to Assistant Brand Manager of NIVEA Body Wash. Before joining Heineken, Phelps worked as a Marketing Assistant for Curel at Kao USA Inc. She began her career as a Brand Management intern for Kao USA Inc., and interned in field marketing at SanDisk and Merrill Lynch. Phelps also volunteered with Solar Sister during her studies at Babson College.
