- Contributed a company-leading combined renewal and upsell ARR - $7.4 million in 2015 - and achieved 120% of sales upsell quota for 2015 (149% for non-draw months)

My work on the Product and Developer Marketing teams focused on a few areas:

Additionally, I built the Customer Success team and worked daily with our customers in Silicon Valley and APAC to ensure their experience with GitHub was an exceptional one.

Meanwhile, we solidified a world-class renewal rate and continued expansion of the product within our existing customer base in 2015, while also growing the team multi-fold for years to come.

I led the implementation strategy and day-to-day operations with multiple Fortune 500 CPGs for a SaaS trade promotions test platform, including test design, user ramp-up, insights, product feedback/improvements, and client engagement metrics.

I also developed expertise in social media marketing platforms as a testing vehicle for consumer behavior. Our team identified multi-percentage improvements in both product volume sales and profitability for all clients (equating to ~$10 million-plus), and for that, my clients gave me incessant high-fives.

I assessed existing manufacturing operations and led on-site process workshops for a growing CPG to identify $15 million in immediately-deployed cost improvements. I got to wear a bunny suit in the factory.

I also performed due diligence of acquisition targets for an automotive electronics supplier to accelerate their top-line growth. I gained extremely deep insights into the automotive technology landscape and helped my client successfully perform multiple acquisitions that were lauded by the Street.

Additionally, I oversaw the “industry knowledge” and competitive analysis phase of strategic due diligence for a private equity client. I conducted dozens of interviews with industry experts, Fortune 1000 CEOs, and a few car salesmen to help my client successfully complete their acquistion.

I worked alongside two other Founders to commercialize a high-technology solution that produces a key component in the solar panel manufacturing supply chain. Working alongside a team of rocket scientists (no, seriously), I served as the technical liaison, identifying critical steps forward to ensure the technology would come to market in reasonable time.

Our efforts were recognized by organizations such as DTE, The Zell Lurie Institute, Walmart, and several potential acquirers within the first three months of inception.
