Brian Strong is a seasoned communications strategist and leader who has helped grow brands for different industries. He honed his skills through years of experience in creating effective communications strategies that align with revenue, relevance, and reputation objectives. With a track record of building teams, campaigns, and workflows for critical events such as Super Bowls and Olympics, he has deep expertise in media, sports, and entertainment.
Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He started his career as a news intern in London Bureau and MSNBC at NBC News. He then worked with various organizations such as PMK•BNC, Dan Klores Communications, HL Group, CBS Sports, before founding his own company, The Strong Group.
He has also held several leadership positions in Nike, where he oversaw the global corporate communications strategy and served as North America Communications Director, covering basketball, soccer, football, and training. He then served as Senior Vice President of Brand Communications at Fox Sports, where he was responsible for developing a comprehensive communications strategy across all mediums. He now heads the Global Communications team at Bloomberg Media.
