Richa Khandelwal is an accomplished Engineering Manager with a strong background in full-stack development, specializing in Android, web, and backend technologies. Currently positioned at Coursera, her career has spanned across various leading tech companies and academic institutions. With a mission to build high-quality applications, her passion projects see her exploring and iterating to find the optimal full-stack architecture for product development.
Starting as an Android Application Engineer, she led the team in utilizing good architecture patterns leading to a bi-weekly release cycle while maintaining product quality. Her journey progressed as a Front-End ReactJS developer, where she led teams in revamping multiple SPA projects into server-side SPAs contributing to an eight-fold performance improvement.
