His background includes consulting at McKinsey & Company, particularly in Greater China where he played a key role in establishing the Firm's solar practice in 2007.
Richard Matsui holds a magna cum laude degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, is a Phi Beta Kappa scholar, and is proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
